A DOCTOR from Luton told last night how Michael Jackson begged to make her pregnant - and said: "He was really fixated on my genes."

Pretty Susan Etok, 32 - who has a Phd in bio-material engineering - spoke as it was revealed the singer's death had been confirmed as homicide.

She said: "He had it all planned out. He thought I'd be a really good mother."

Bedfordshire doc Susan - a pal of the late singer for 11 years after meeting him on holiday as a girl - spoke out just hours before it emerged the Los Angeles coroner had found a LETHAL dose of the powerful sedative propofol in Jacko's system following the star's fatal heart attack in June.

The coroner is ruling the death a homicide. Jacko's personal physician Conrad Murray admits giving him the drug to help him sleep.

He is odds on to face trial for killing the pop legend, 50 - who according to fellow doctor Susan was desperate to become a dad again.

He may also have fathered another child after Prince Michael, 12, Paris, 11, and Blanket, seven - Omer Bhatti, now 25.

Dr Etok, who rejected the King of Pop's plea, recalled: "He approached me to have his next child.

"But if I have a child then it's my child forever. I want to be its mother."

She also told how Jacko offered her £500,000 in the run-up to his scheduled concerts at London's O2 arena if she could get him the kind of powerful sedatives he was hooked on.

The doctor - speaking after flying to the US to be interviewed on TV about their friendship - said his offer came as they secretly met at a London hotel in March.

As frenzied speculation grew in America over whether Jacko really is the biological father of his three kids, the doctor insisted he WAS.

Susan declared: "Those children are all Michael's.

"He did not use donated sperm."
